Overview
Mediko is a healthcare SaaS platform designed to modernize the way practitioners manage patient care and how patients access medical services. I was responsible for designing both the practitioner’s admin portal and the patient-facing platform, each with distinct workflows but unified under a single product ecosystem.
The platform enables patients to find and book practitioners while offering doctors a dashboard to manage appointments, patient data, and treatment plans.
Challenges
• Designing for multiple user groups with different needs and tech literacy

• Meeting accessibility and data privacy compliance requirements
